Cancellation Policy
Customers who have placed an order with Printfiny have the option to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. This policy applies to all eligible orders.
Eligibility for Cancellation
The 24-hour cancellation period applies to most orders. However, please note that orders for customized or personalized items, digital products, or items that have already entered the production process may not be eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, customers must follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Include Order Number in Subject Line
In order to expedite the cancellation process, please include your order number in the subject line of your cancellation email. Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received upon placing your order.
Step 2: Compose Your Cancellation Email
Compose an email with the following information:
- Subject Line: [Your Order Number] - Order Cancellation Request
- Recipient: cancellation@printfiny.com
Step 3: Provide Necessary Information
In the body of the email, please provide the following information:
- Your full name.
- Contact information (email and phone number).
- The reason for the cancellation.
- Any additional details or instructions related to your order cancellation.
Step 4: Send Your Cancellation Request
Once you have filled out the email with the necessary information, click the "Send" button to email your cancellation request to Printfiny at cancellation@printfiny.com.
Refunds
- If an eligible order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour cancellation period, a refund will be issued to the customer.
- The refund will cover the full purchase price of the canceled items, excluding any non-recoverable costs incurred by Printfiny in processing the original order or returning the canceled items.
- The method and timeframe for refund processing will be determined by Printfiny and communicated to the customer.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this Cancellation Policy may be made in exceptional circumstances or at the discretion of Printfiny. Such exceptions will be communicated to the customer on a case-by-case basis.
